Retired from paid work but busier than ever, volunteering for Citizens Advice and pursuing hobbies -- diy, gardening, sewing, upholstery, stain glass, knitting. I love being outdoors and walking to keep fit.

Retired private client partner in an Edinburgh legal firm, and regulatory consultant to investment firms. At present, in addition to being on the board of one or two charitable organisations, I am also a keen links golfer.

Rachael has over 20 years experience in HR across the Financial Services sector. She is a Mum to two teenage daughters, both of whom are neurodivergent. She is passionate about raising awareness of neurodivergence in the workplace and was keen to support Branch out Together outside her work commitments, given her experience of autism in her personal life and recognising the need for support for families with autistic children. Outside work and family commitments, Rachael enjoys running and martial arts.
